Tragedy at Drayton Manor Theme Park.

An 11 year old girl has died after falling from a water ride.

How sad, a nice day out turns to tragedy.

It shows just how fragile life is.
She should be whooping with joy....having had a lovely day out with her family.

So upsetting.

The link stated the young girl was on a school trip, what a shock for her parents sending her off to school happily looking forward to the trip and this tragedy happens.

My mistake....I'm watching the news at the same time and the police statement said they were being comforted by the liason officer...

How harrowing for the other kids.

A terrible business, but looking at that ride it just has a grab handle rather than a safety bar, an accident waiting to happen really.

My daughter who is a primary school teacher had planned to take the children in her class to Drayton Manor Park but has now decided not to!
