I believe thE cup held hot water, and were trying to keep their hands warm, it being quite cold
I can’t see that drinking plain water would make you burp.

Is it just me or are the current bunch of snooker players a miserable lot with no personality. I miss the days of Jimmy White, John Parrot and Dennis Taylor.

That are a serious bunch I suppose it’s more about money now rather than the game itself.

Yes, I suppose the golden age has gone forever. I can remember when everything stopped in our house when the snooker was on.
