I've known this block of flats since new, about four years. Today I was passing and caught a stonking perspective ...

Human rabbit hutches with iron bars. Treat people like animals and the results can be seen on every street with the violence and knife crime.

I just cannot undestand having building like this when other parts of the country have large open areas where work places and homes can be built
