I don't know what it is and I've never used it. I have heard of it though and it sounds like something like the black market

I think it might be a set of locations which you can only get in to if you use special log ins.

i.e. Not easily accessible to ordinary humans.

Sort of place where pervs might hide their stuff.

No, not too much, it was a long time back..and it was Linux and ammunition no longer available

Easy to use but there's some very dodgy stuff goes on. Not a place to tread carelessly. There are a couple of other webbs in addition to the so called Dark Webb.
