It's a place used for illicit purposes and it's a sort of warped community for the purchase of drugs, guns, exchange of illegal pornography, forums for hate groups, basically you name it and you can find it on there. You just need to be "in the know" to find it with any computer but it's the in thing to use encrypted software and VPN to cover any tracks.11-08-2020, 11:52 AM
