Started off lovely here and I washed the spare room curtains and their linings, only for a humungous thunderstorm to arrive when they were all on the line and the sunshade was up. Carer and I managed to rescue the curtains and linings, but the sunshade had a jolly good rinse!Heard that two people were killed by lightning on the Beacons - I wouldn't have liked to be out in that rain, it was very heavy.

Morning all....back from a very hot Nerja
....some days reaching well over 35 degrees !!!!! We loved it there and intend to go back in the future. Lots of Southern Irish staying in our hotel and quite a few getting married in the church round the corner...we saw at least 5 weddings....Good flight home tho we had an hours delay leaving and had to circle Rhoose ,due to a thunder storm, for 5 mins....
2nd lot of washing on.....then it'll be the ironing
