It happened to me a couple of weeks back and we still haven't spoken but I both think we need to sort things out somehow.

It's not good to get set in your ways. The body needs a change every now and again otherwise it's bad for the heart.

I like being set in my ways, I am very uncomfortable if anything drastically changes.
