Give it a try Mark, after all you can only die once. With all those 'ates in it it's got to have some effect.

Well looking at your pic you could do with building up some. What about I get it and pass it on to you for half price?

... and caffeine has quite an effect on some people. My late husband resorted to drinking decaffeinated tea, otherwise he felt jittery

I like flatulence but not so keen on the diarrhoea.

Re: Free Trial Offer?

LA Muscle - Possessed

Looks like your average sports supplement. A few useful ingredients sold expensively (£30 a jar) thrown in with large doses of caffeine to make it addictive and fool people into thinking they're getting a sudden rush of "wow factor energy".

In each 20g serving there are 300mg of caffeine which is the equivalent of 2 straight shots of espresso. By comparison, those bad energy drinks like Monster for example contain 36mg of caffeine per 100g.

There are also 3g of sugar and 1.2g of salt per 100g of this Possessed product. The RDA for salt is 6g per day. Supermarket colour coded products (red, yellow, green) would label a product red/High if it contained 1.5g of salt per 100g. So LA Muscle Possessed is just under that.

Overall it's your typical concoction of sports stuff highly laced with addictive caffeine. Personally I think only numpties would take such stuff, but then that's exactly what your average body builder is !

Re: Free Trial Offer?

Thanks all the same Mark but I'll stick to the jar I've been drinking all me life @ 4 euros a jar.
