Thank you both.
It was expected as my Godmother had dementia. I am over the shock today.
I sat and held her hand until the end.
I have strong feelings that no-one should die alone.
Lovely photos.
It is a scorcher in Bournemouth today.

Evenin' All..it was hot enough to put the parasol up to hide under..weird weather..I've known it to snow at this time of the Year here..but I don't remember it ever being in the 20s before...hope it lasts for another couple of days.

Good morning everybody. A bit breezy here at the moment. Roxy I had to clean the slabs while the weather was warm and sunny. Chiropodist this afternoon for me.

I was excused from Jury service
I am waiting for a call from the Coroner's office, so I can make funeral arrangements.

It is still very warm here today
I have a month of work, so I hope I can get away for a quick break soon.
I fancy Dublin, as I can fly straight from Bournemouth.

Afternoon All, Not a happy camper today. Got back from hoofing with the dog to find I couldn't get into the house. Key for back door just refused to work and I didn't have a front door one with me as I never use the front. Had to go searching all over the farm for Himself, finally found him in the farthest flung bit mending a fence AND no phone signal. He gave me a front door key off his key ring and I hoofed back to the house. Upshot is, I'm now stuck here until the Locksmith decides to get his rear end over here and sort the lock.
