I'm not sure what your point is .... are you saying the 1975 referendum was not legally binding ? Because if you are you are agreeing with me that if that is the case put forward by remain (that the 2016 referendum was not legally binding) then we shouldn't have been in the EU / common market in the first place.

This is the truth.

We were taken fraudulently into the EU from Day 1.

Heath knew exactly what he was doing. He knew that this was NOT simply a trade deal, not simply the Common Market. He knew he was laying the first foundation stone to abolish Britain's sovereignty and sell the country down the river into the EU.

Every PM since has played their part in continuing that treasonous agenda. Both Tory and Labour PMs.

The earlier referendum was a fraud. The population SHOULD have been consulted on whether they wanted to go into the EU in the first place. Corrupt politicians did not allow the populous that decision. They put the country into the EU and then said "would you like to stay there".

But crucially they didn't present it as being "in the EU".

They simply presented it as a trade agreement to enter the Common Markets. They duped the nation who felt there was no problem just having such a trade deal.

We have had 40 years of Masonic/Common Purpose stealth, fraud and skulduggery, gradually selling the country down the river, abolishing our sovereignty and attempting to destroy the nationality of British people.

All these corrupt politicians should be put on trial.

The British Constitution has been in place for 100s of years.

Part of it is the Declaration/Bill Of Rights.

It states that:

"That no foreign prince, person, prelate, state, or potentate hath, or ought to have, any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence, or authority, ecclesiastical or spiritual, within this realm."

It can be seen that the actions of all these corrupt politicians has been totally unconstitutional. We should NEVER EVER have been allowed to go into the EU at all.

Our presence in the EU is wholly in opposition to the Constitution of this country. That must be set right.

BrExit is merely the beginning.

So, which of those highlighted in bold relate to the EU?

It is not a prince, it is not a person, it is not a prelate, it is not a state, it is not a potentate.

So what the hell is your point.

Re: Britain's economy is set to boom

The EU is a collection of people placed in positions of power. Foreign people. People from countries other than the UK.

So the Declaration of Rights is entirely relevant here.

"No foreign . . . person . . .hath, or ought to have, any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence, or authority"

We should never have been taken into the EU. It is totally against the constitution for it to happen. The EU Treaties and effectively null and void.

Re: Britain's economy is set to boom

Well said Realist. Heath was lying from the start. He knew exactly what was going on, as did Macmillan. They deceived the people into believing we were joining a common market area when all along the plan was to be part of a United States of Europe. Their plan was so ambitious they dared not reveal it to the public as they knew they would be told where to go, so they sold us a lie. Treason of the highest form.

I think you will find that the word 'person' is singular and not plural. And the UK have seat in the EU council and parliament, are they foreign as well.

Would you not consider that all the legal niceties, to which you presume to have greater awareness, where sorted before we entered? Don't reckon so!
