It is only chaos because the remainers have obstructed the will of the majority to leave. They have tried every dirty trick possible to get their way. All Boris has to do is demonstrate a working model of the tech solution to the Irish boarder issue that he claims is eminently solvable. Unfortunately that is just another in his litany of lies.
