So what is he saying ?

Is this MP actually arguing for a deal so he can then vote against it ? some of them seem to have lost the plot entirely.

Oh no not Richard Burgen

He is like Diane Abbott, every time he opens his gob he costs labour 5000 votes.

Go Richard !

He is in and out of the EU, remain, leaving, peoples vote, no to a no-deal and just about every other iteration.

I do wonder who votes for these fools. although last few elections we have found it hard to find information about out candidates due to them seeming to be sacred to come out and about.

The last 3 (at least) elections have been phony campaigns. Stage managed appearances by party leaders with party supporters, often the same faces at different locations.
On the odd occasion they come into contact with the public, hilarious faux pas occur (Gordon Brown’s “bigot” comment springs to mind!)

On a local level, my MP has been in Parliament since 2010 and I wouldn’t recognise him if I saw him in the street. Just before Xmas last year, I heard him speaking on local radio and discovered he has a slight speech impediment. This I learn after 8+ years supposedly being represented by him!

Not surprised, we used to get campaigners at the door haven't seen one for the past 15 years not one party wants our votes here, I guess they can't be bothered because no one can topple the tories, if it were a tory donkey it would still get elected.

Dunno if anyone saw question time last night but Emily Thornberry said that she would get a deal from Brussels and then vote against it as well.

Looks like its a manifesto pledge

Yes I watched in horror, it seems today what they are saying is in constituencies where the vote was leave they will vote for that and where it was stay they will vote for that. Seems totally ridiculous to me and still is not respecting the winning side in the referendum.
