A moorhen taken 3 days ago at a local country park.Sheila's day to go trawling the shops with her pal while I slave over a hot stove..............c'est la vie !

Sunny today which is good but still a little nippy.
Not doing much today apart from having Salmon for my evening meal.
Not religious as such.

Good morning all

A happy Easter to everyone! It's a glorious day here in the SW although a bit on the nippy side still.

Nothing special planned for today, my husband refuses to drive anywhere at Easter due to the busy getaways packing the roads.

I'll be making a fish pie for lunch and maybe a hot cross bun ..... or two if I feel like it later.

Morning all. Have a good time myrtle, and anyone else planning a getaway this holiday.

Not so much nippy, as flippin freezing, but I refuse to put on any heating. Lovely clear blue sky out there.

Yesterday wasn't as warm as predicted, think it's sposed to be about 15 here in London area.

Popping over to allotment some time today, and must do a bit of housework.

Good morning fellow members a beautiful morning and Chloe walked/garden watered I am returning to my decorating .
I will be so glad when it is finished but I have the bathroom to do when the kitchen is finished so will be decorating for some time to come. Then there are new curtains to make .

Toasted bun and coffee for breakfast, tasty
Our family are all away, son and family still in Africa and daughter and family on their yacht. (she said it's too cold to go sailing [fair weather sailors])
Waiting for a shopping delivery and then will have a potter in the garden - so a nice relaxing day for us

Have done my Cleaning Jobs, relaxing now.

Nice Moorhen Alan, at our Village Pond we have Moorhens and Ducks.
