Then there are the moments when you are looking for your glasses and realise you are holding them in your hand...

Re: Senior Moment

I stick to the bar of soap when I'm having a shower, Cussons Imperial Leather, no instructions or directions, just remove the wrapper and bob's your uncle.
I did something stupid the other day though, I had a can of black spray paint and it said shake the can before use, I shook it well, removed the cap and pointed it at the piece of wood I wanted to spray, then I pressed the nozzle and sprayed my chin, nose and cheeks black, the nozzle was facing me instead of the wood, I had to use white spirit to get it off in a hurry before the wife got home, I'd never have lived it down had she seen it.

Re: Senior Moment

I am a solid soap fan too however I have solid soap shampoo too so have to smell them before using as they both look very similar. Shampoo on the body is OK but soap on the hair not so good.

Hubs said, did you rinse it off, I says no - it felt nice.
Will you use it again he says - No, I said, its got 'keratin' in it, I might become hairy !

Re: Senior Moment

I once went shopping, got home and asked my husband where the baby was. I'd completely forgotten I'd taken him with me. Fortunately it was in the days when you could safely leave a pram outside a shop. When I went back baby and pram were still outside the shop .... I was only 26 at the time
