What a lovely sunny day

Ventured off to the beach this morning with Murtagh. There was a heavy frost in the garden so we went wrapped in coats, hats, gloves and scarves but I ended up with my coat off and sat in my T shirt, having a coffee. It was so warm, there were people laying on the beach, having a sunbathe.

Did you manage to enjoy the sun today?

Re: What a lovely sunny day

The bench we normally sit on during our Monday morning perambulation was covered in bird droppings this morning so, we were unable to sit and watch the world go by for a few minutes while soaking up a few rays.

Beautiful day here too, not a cloud in the sky. It was frosty early though, but I didn't get up early enough to notice it.

That's a shame. Those birds don't care where they drop it.

Lovely in our south facing conservatory this afternoon, it touched 22.5deg on the thermometer at one point so spent a pleasant couple of hours in there reading. Bliss...

Re: What a lovely sunny day

Lovely sunny day here too, but certainly not warm to sit in my T.Shirt, Dongle. Still got me thermal socks and liberty bodice on here.

Temperature dropping fast again. Down to just 3 degs. here as we speak, and plummeting fast.

Anyone noticed how it's staying light longer now?
Can't wait for spring . . .
