So sorry Meg, I didn't see your reply till just now.

I had a read, and as you say, there seems for and against.
I wonder if it depends on positioning them in the right place?

I think as Pesta suggested earlier, for that price, I might as well get one and try.

Will report back on my experiment later.

Wasps are the main reason we don't eat outside much, closely followed by flies. It's too much hassle and we end up going back inside. Will be interesting to hear if this works Mups.

There was a great programme on Radio 4 a few weeks back outlining the vital role that these nasty little pests play in the ecosystem. Fascinating.

(I need to get out more . . . )
