I would probably pick it up without touching it using a doggy poo bag which I usually have with and put it in a bin.

A six-year-old girl nearly choked on a blue surgical face mask baked into her chicken nuggets, a mother says.

Laura Arber, 32, bought a Happy Meal from McDonald's in Aldershot, Hampshire, on Tuesday.

She said her daughter started making choking noises as she tucked into her nuggets back at home five minutes away.

Ms Arber said: "I had to put my finger in her mouth to make her sick and it came up all speckled with blue."

McDonald's has been contacted for a response.

I came across a thread recently about used mask on pavements and thought to myself I've never come across any round here.
Funnily enough I came across one the other day, a pink one!

Pesta, l don’t go on other forums, just this one, so l didn’t realise someone else had, had the same experience as me.
I actually thought it was a random question for me to ask but maybe it will become a common occurrence.
I suppose, it’s better than seeing used condoms and those little silver phials, l sometimes see on the pavement!

I'd be mad thinking why did they throw it on the floor, I hate litterbugs.

I wouldn't pick one up and take it home to reuse it, urgh
