I have had a worm omelette you have to capture some worms, leave them over night in a bucket of water in order to flush them out ..then let them dry out ..chop them up into your omelette.. it tasted like…omelette. It’s supposed to be rich in protein
It was one of those survival course things…I imagine finding chicken eggs and a bucket in the wild might be problematic as well.

Oh and talking of worms..they are easier to sharpen if frozen..I read that somewhere.
