Not only would I not wish to see such a stomach churning barbaric display of cruelty but I would not wish to read an article about it either. I know these things take place but I really don't need to read any details...
I just don't get upset about these things. It's unlikely that I'll ever attend one, but if I do, then I'll make up my mind. Meantime, I must read what Hemmingway had to say.

I've never attended an organised dog fight, but I've made up my mind already that it upsets me . I don't need to witness animal cruelty to object to it.
I am against all blood sports but it`s policing them that is not easy for a police force facing greater and greater cut backs. Where does hare coursing come in the list compared to murder and rape?
