Clubs, if they charge an entrance fee are commercial premises
Did you know that if they serve alcohol they have to be licensed?
If they serve food, they are subject to Food Hygiene Inspections and they are all subject to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
That also applies to lap dancing clubs, strip clubs etc.
They all have to be inspected by EHOs when they are open.
A hard life, but somebody has to do it.
We had a RIDDOR from one, a lady was involved in a very energetic form of activity, BDSM, suffered a fall and had to go to hospital.
That was reportable and the incident had to be investigated and a full report produced.

A number of years ago someone told me in confidence that she and her husband belonged to a swingers group.This person hated it but felt she had to take part 'to keep her husband happy' . Her biggest worry was that sooner or later the rest of her family would find out.
I would have let him get on with it on his own ...

Going to swapping on one's own is not usually doable as it takes two or more to tango with the other couple(s)so to speak. Unless of course, just a threesome is on the cards.
