Re: Dementia Villages

I don't think I would like to see dementia villages. Could end up being too much like the institutions of years back, but with a different name. As far as possible and depending on what stage the disease has reached, I believe people are far better in the wider community with the provision of the individually tailored support needed. Many people with dementia/alzheimers can function quite well with suitable support/help for a long time.
