travel misinformation
Just rang Royal Caribbean about getting our flight e-tickets.
Stupid girl on the other end first quoted wrong booking number then said we have to go through British Airways to get the tickets.
Strange because we booked a flight/cruise holiday so it should have all been done. So got onto BA web site and added our details and that is all we could do on the internet.
Sue got back onto Royal Caribbean to another person who said they don't issue e-tickets any more but they sent us all the details to present at the airport desk, which we have now found in out documentation.
we have had to wade through upteen pages downloaded to find the right section.
Before they always sent out e-tickets but nowhere did they say they no longer issue them
It really P**sses me off when those who should know and advise correctly know less than the people they are trying to serve
