I had a go at the home brewing a few years ago, I couldn't get the hang of it so I packed it in, anyway there was too much sterilizing, waiting and bottle washing to be done, me heart wasn't really in it to be honest. A friend of mine used to do it all the time and I have to agree it's great when it's done right by someone who knows what they are doing.Joe I can just picture you lying there with a syphon hanging out of your lip.
