Well for a start, you can tell me why all farmers are always moaning about the weather, food prices, supermarkets, ramblers, getting up early, British Summer Time, campers and lack of sex. If you can answer any of these, particularly the latter, one would be most grateful..

The young farmer looked taken aback for a moment and took his glasses off polished them on his shirt and made a kind of hurumping sound. A good question he mumbled but one thing you mentioned was the weather, and you might notice that we are having some today, which is not conducive to my particular job, in fact it is deffinitely the wrong sort of sunshine for this time of year.

Muriel then suggested, that he apply for a position with British Rail, as they simply revel in statements such as, wrong sort of leaves on the line, wrong type of snow, rain etc. that cause so many delays. He could possibly become a PR man for them, think about it kind sir..

Said, madam you can stick your suggestion where the sun don't shine, and that could be the wrong or the right sunshine. In the meantime, I'm off to chase some sheep, as I don't have a sheepdog. What do you say about that then?...

That was a welcome suggestion, and Muriel was pleasantly surprised that he was au courant with shoe fashion; not what you might expect from a farmer, but then these days everyone is on the internet, and he was obviously not a yokel. So,

What could he be? Muriel suspected in was in the witness protection program, as he had a rather pronounced Brookyln accent. Was he a former hitman for the Mafia? She shuddered, and silently prayed for a way out. however...

she wasn't quick enough and the farmer whipped out his weapon, obviously picking up on Muriel's bad vibes. "Are you by any chance with law enforcement" asked the young farmer in a menacing tone, weapon in hand and seeming to....
