Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 4)

Just been watching the news and its not looking good with all the lorry drivers being held up. Met my niece and her daughter and went to the garden centre and got some pots with plants in them and some pots.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 4)

Drove home from bowls last night in glorious moonlight, but oh boy, it was cold. Went and shut the greenhouse up when I got back. Have all the bedlinen in the machine (just hope it stays dry today) and have put the recycling out for collection. Had the painter here yesterday doing all the outside doors, so left them all open last night so that the paint could dry thoroughly. Really pleased with them, all shiny and lovely now.

We have the sun paying a visit today. Rhosyn my nieces have dogs and they always look so different after they come for they come out of the groomers. Sue I'm waiting for the painters to come and start painting the outside of the house.

Dog looks great after his hair cut,he was so pleased to see me when I picked him up.
Jac-son and family booked the crossing for France tomorrow late morning, they're staying in a hotel not far from Dover tonight.Hope they won't be delayed for too long but it does look bleak. Those poor lorry drivers stuck on the road-what's the solution?
