Made two of these yesterday..the filling was cooked the day before,left in fridge overnight .
This one is Aberdeen Angus mince,(only the best)..carrots ,potatoes,shallots,red onion,tomato purée ,oxo cubes,flour,beef stock,Worcestershire sauce...
I know exactly what goes into my pies...I looked in a butchers the other day..just to see the price of their pies..
Your pies look good Pauline. I tend to enjoy pies more in the winter, so I will certainly be trying your hot water pastry when the cold weather arrives.
