Thanks, Whimbrel are a member of thh Curlew family, they are of a slighter build with finer plumage.

Not had many trips out, so not much to report, tried the video function on the phone,needs work but possibilities to improve as hand held is not the way.

Super photo's Nom, even if some not yours. Nice to hear your voice too. We tend to forget people have regional accents. When it's purely typing. I don't think I'd like to live there though, but the house fetched a good price.
