What age do you feel on a good day?

The thread ‘IF LIVING ALONE...what are your priorities?’ gave me the idea for this thread.

When I experience any aches and pains, I think, I might be on the way out but I’m not going without a fight.

I think too that I suffer from arrested development -
Never got past the age of nineteen.

On a good day around 75, on bad days about 90.

On a good day about 30, on a really good day about 15 on bad day about 105. Thankfully I have more good days than bad.

In my head all the time I am Anne Jackson age 15, then the truth comes out when I pass the mirror and there's a woman of 101 looking at me.

I generally feel around 30.
Then there's the other days, but I feel 30 today, so I'm not going to think about that now.
But I best scoot off to bed or it will be one of those 'other days' in a few hours!

Fortunately I don't have any bad days.........except for the missus giving me grief ! lol.

I liked my thirties so decided to stop there .......

I am lucky (so far), I am 54, do a relatively physically demanding job, without noticing, so can't complain. Not sure I've aged mentally either.

I feel mid forties normally but some days I'm a lot older! Today is not one of them!!
