Thanks for the kind words, Ffosse.Isn't it strange how a hospital plays with your thinking?
I resolved it by making lists of things I wanted to do and planning a trip.
You should try doing some Google Earth flyovers of your favorite places!
Hope today is a better one.

Well yesterday was pretty good; it'd be hard to beat. The vitamin and antibiotic infusions have done their jobs and I'm as well as could be expected.I wish I could feel this well at home.
I try and break up the day by having chunks of reading, naps, the Internet on my phone etc.Pity I can't go out as it's been nice here with temps up to 13c or 55f - way above February's normal. Feels like Spring has arrived but I think March will be a cold one. Good to hear from you, Surfermom.

The doctor explained to me how the cancer affects my confusion. It's not an infection as they had previously thought. This is rather disconcerting as it can be hard to recognise confused thoughts: to me they may be very real - like turning up for an appointment 12 hours early, or all the nightmares which the doctors misdiagnosed as infections. The doctors got a lot wrong with my case, but it was often a case of trial and error so I don't blame them but it would be nice to be working from a position of strength more often.|
