They always find the money for those don't they. Our town is having a nice new statue delivered next month, despite the fact that the streets are littered with dog crap.

SORRY BUT.

Does that article say that the councils are facing cuts...Yes and in the past they have.

Don't know if this women has been in charge for the last eight years of reign and for the council's expenditure in that time.
