I am a stickler for homemade food but l always keep a bag of Bartlett Rooster Roast Potatoes in my freezer, usually for Christmas, if needs be.
Tonight, l fancied chicken wings roasted with salt and black pepper on them, until crispy. I also cooked a few Tempura prawns and one long bread roll that l cut in half, spread garlic butter on it and sprinkled with grated cheese.
I wanted a bit of potato with it, so I roasted some Bartlett Roast potatoes until l was able to cut them into small pieces and continued roasting them. They were crispy and delicious!
