What a scorcher it is! Just back from Weston, spent a few hours on the beach soaking up the sun in a gentle sea breeze ....... perfect!

Hi all. Mostly cloudy here: 28 C (82 F), and a pleasant breeze. To the library to change books and the liquor store for vermouth, wearing my new trainers that came yesterday: silver, grey and pink; it was time for a change. No news, all's quiet here.

Evening all-hope you've all had a good day. Too hot to do anything today except go for stroll this morning whilst it was not too warm, then off to supermarket for weekly shop-a case of having to otherwise I'd have given it a miss. Rest of day spent in and out of garden.......the bit of grass I have is looking quite miserable, very dry and brown looking-will put hosepipe on tomorrow and give it a treat.

Hope you found your new trainers comfortable Dandysmom......

Glad you enjoyed the sea breeze Mags...could have done with that here...
