Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Roxy ,hope you're feeling better after a wee rest, I got my jab yesterday, felt a bit tired a couple of hours after, but this morning I woke up dizzy, nauseousRe: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Uber stressful morning unexpectedly. Tried to log in to my bank account but it wouldn't let me no matter what I tried. I had to get some money to my son in an emergency. No choice but to get in car and deliver it to him. Trouble is I'm a scared driver, car hadn't started for several weeks as under snow. No choice though. Guess what, car started on the turn, roads well cleared, I got the traffic lights almost every time on arrival at them, got the money to son and drove home feeling like I'd accomplished something.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Roxy hope the wee nap did you good. Paula I think that's one of the sympton's of the jag. Pixie I love a wee nap even its just closing my eyes for ten minutes. Jane I hated driving at night or in the snow. I don't do online banking either my money goes in the bills are paid that's all I'm worried about. Still raining here and its taken all the snow away.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Just plain having to drive was good for me. It really boosted my confidence. Its not easy to get to a bank as they're all closed round here. Online banking has always been ideal for me. It was because I check my account on line very regularly I noticed charges that I hadn't made. I phoned the fraud line at once and discovered that my card had been cloned at an ATM. The old card was cancelled, a new one issued and all the money taken was refunded. If I'd waited for a monthly statement I would have been cleaned out!Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Yes I had a sleep and am a bit more with it. Really down though I'm upset as hell that our May won't be back.
