Re: Pillow Talk

I've had problems in the past with my neck, had a collar on at one time, always used 2 pillows but since I changed to one and use a cushion on my knee to put a book on when reading, I have been much better. No painkillers and can actually turn my head when crossing the road - always a good thing!

Re: Pillow Talk

That's a pity Honey. My lovely lady has kept me mobile for a good few years now. She doesn't agree with taking daily painkillers. If I start seizing up, I book in to see her, and 40 mins after my treatment, I walk out feeling 10 years younger. It's wonderful to be free of the pain. So it works for me.
I can only think either you chose a duff one, or you have a problem that needs a different treatment.

Re: Pillow Talk

I still haven't found the perfect pillows, I've got pure duck down pillows at the moment that are far too soft, next morning my hair looks like Ken Dodd's! I've tried mixing them with the polycotton type but still I'm not comfortable

That noise you hear is the brain working.
