Man Flu

I don't have Man Flu very often, in fact, this is the first time I have had it, since being on Blood Pressure medication. It is amazing that all decongestants seem to be unsuitable for people on BP medication, what a bummer.

Commiserations Paul I know man flu pales into insignificance when compared to woman flu but still a nasty thing to have. I hope you will be better soon.

For a decongestant that you don't have to take and which should not interfere with your medication I recommend steam inhalation with menthol or Olbas oil
