More mundane unfortunately.We were staying at the OH's parents while they were having health problems.Happily resolved ,thankfully

I a man pleased to say the birds have come back now they realise we are open for business again .

I have just seen my lame rook again this is the third winter I have seen him . He's easy to recognise apart from being very lame he he has white in his feathers .Leucistic I believe our Nom told me .
I call him Hopalong .

Do you ever see your Pheasant that used to be around, or do you reckon he's long gone?

Mups a lovely pheasant has just come to the garden unfortunately Mungo chased him off .
I hope he comes back .

You don't think it may be your old one returned, do you?
Whoever he is, I hope he survives this winter and the shooting season.
