I can't make up my mind if I like this photo or not.
Ok horizon not exactly level or is it????

The horizon looks level, I covered up the very dark foreground, also a smidge off the left hand side, I think that improves it.
Try that and see what you think.

The horizon is fractionally out, probably less than a degree but as Tessa says, the foreground gives the illusion that it is worse than that. Still a great photo though INO, I certainly wouldn't be worrying about it. I would just rotate it a bit and re-crop.

I love fiddling, cropping and messing with levels, shadows etc. I make a copy first though in case I prefer the original after all.
