We couldn’t kill mankind off if we tried , we are too valuable to other beings as demonstrated many times throughout history

We have a responsibility to look after the planet and the species on it. But like the scorpion and the frog we do otherwise because that's our nature. No other animal meddles with nature the way we do.

We don't meddle with nature Annie, we just strive to make life here as comfortable, happy and easy as we can. I don't see many people refusing to drive, take air travel or turn the heating up a notch when it gets cold but we are quick to condemn others when they do.....

We also don't mind humans of the same sex getting married or kissing and cuddling in public eroding away at the fabric of society and which is totally against human nature, and we turn our heads away when our authorities allow thousands of migrants to come here before we have had chance to build adequate schools, hospitals and houses, but it's a serious crime to smoke in public or drive a diesel making you public enemy number one....
It seems to me that we have got our priorities all wrong...

.
That is so true Foxy. I was watching one of those police programmes yesterday. One guy in a BMW, driving too fast, hit a lampost on the A1 causing delays and putting others at risk. Car was a write off as was the lampost. No further action was taken.

The next guy ran out of diesel and was fined £50.
