Rise Of The Footsoldier 3 (The Pat Tate Story)
Has anyone ever seen this film which was very violent and gory? It was a real insight into the rivalry of drug lords.I watched it last night on NowTV but l think it was showing on Sky Cinema too.
Many years ago, I remember hearing on the news about a Range Rover parked up by a gate in the countryside, the men inside the Range Rover had been shot dead, at close range. It said, that it was drug gangs related.
The beating up of people was very realistic and l wondered how the film makers achieved this without actually beating the actors up?

Other rumour was that the police had them killed over death of Leah Betts.
General thought was at the time the two convicted were set up and were innocent.

Dare l say, l enjoyed it, not the violence but what goes on in their world.
I could not watch when Pat’s henchmen got Pat’s wife’s lover and were ordered to cut his things off. I had to fast forward that bit but l would like to know, did they or did they let him go?
I thought the acting was marvellous and so believable.

The Film Essex Boys with Sean Bean was based on the murders and is also a bit violent and a good film as well

I couldn’t watch Game Of Thrones, for the disturbing, violent scenes but l could watch this film.
I might look for Essex Boys but l am not a big fan of Sean Bean.
