Skin blemishes remove -
background items deleted- lighting and colour altered, to name but a few.
What about the setting up for a shot? there are specialist food photographers that arrange a food product on a plate or in a bun to make it look good
I've done both of those, however those are small changes and I say small in my case, can't speak for others.. If there is something major I have to change, I simply delete or retake the photo. I was taught there are 2 kinds of photos, good photos, and bad photos. You can make a good photo great, but you can't make a bad photo good. This is changing. Now you can make a totally bad photo good (at least to me seemingly). To me the best photos I've ever taken, and are most proud of were SOOC (straight out of camera). These are very few, but getting better.
