David Cameron should never have allowed this to happen.
Sadly, the relatives have been forced into this by the endless delay.

I am not sure Cameron can do much about it . He has nothing to do with an independent enquiry.
It is a disgraceful situation where according to an item on the radio this morning, some of those people mentioned in the report and given the opportunity to comment on personal criticism have not yet done so after two years so presumably never will.
Surely if Chilcot is responsible for this report it is up to him to manage it properly and to publish it in a timely manner.

I find it incredible that time limits were not imposed on those that have the right to reply, but surely it is not beyond the remit of the enquiry to now do that? To the general public it just smacks of the same old establishment looking after it's own, and it's a national disgrace...
