We have 5 tiers up here in Scotland which makes it slightly more confusing.

It’s even more complicated in Scotland because the criteria for which tier you go in are:

1) The weekly cases per 100,000 in your area
2) The local R number
3) The percentage of tests that are positive
4) Whether your area voted Yes or No in the 2014 referendum

Rule no 4 certainly came into their thinking Amac.

To be honest I’d be nervous about going into a lower tier the way things are going throughout Europe but there’s no doubt the Aberdeen area has been treated differently from Greater Glasgow and its surrounds. Despite all the blatant rule breaking and parties involving hundreds of people elsewhere the only people to suffer abuse from Sturgeon were the eight Aberdeen footballers who broke the number of households rule.
