Union Jack

Just watching BBC news. .European parliament. .flying our flag ,the Union Jack, upside down. ...While we are in the union at least have the decency to fly it the right way up. ..

Having done a fair amount of sailing I regard it as the Union Jack, ,,,as far as I'm concerned its our flag and it has a name, and I am proud of it

And when it's flown upside down at the EU parliament, presumably it's a confirmation that Britain is in distress.
