That one word you hear that's special

Two separate words for me are savor and linger.

In the past few years I have noticed that a few select words I hear, or read, have special meanings and trigger a memory for me. It is a signal to me that my past conversations were meaningful, I was truly listening to the speaker, and later recalled it. I feel a connection to anyone who uses these words, as if it has a secret message especially for me.

Do you have a word or two that makes you sit up and pay attention when you hear it?

Mine isn't a word exactly, it's my name.
It's like a hook
If someone uses my name when talking to me it really draws me to them.
