Re: Are you a crier?

I am Meg - cry at songs - Movies - Docus and the strangest of all, if I catch someone looking out of a window, just feels my heart with sorrow ...
The last time was this morning over the loss of my hair - I will get used to it - need more time .......

Re: Are you a crier?

Had to think seriously about this Meg.
I can't remember!
I get choked up and find I can't talk. I have to wipe my eyes sometimes but I don't ever seem to have a good cry.
I don't know if it's healthy not to have a good cry, am I holding everything in? Will the dam burst one day?

Re: Are you a crier?

I've become a terrible cry baby since I've aged. I cry or at least fill up over many things, some of them not even particularly sad. Maybe a huge crowd chanting, a parade, lots of music, bagpipes, emotions in others, you name it.

I cry all the time. Babies being born on 'one born every minute'. Things get me suddenly which remind me of hubbie and daughter. Cruelty to animals.

Re: Are you a crier?

A tear or two has been known to squeeze from my eyes. The last time was on Fathers Day (twice) once when I read the cards that my kids had given me, and once when thinking about my own wonderful father.

Re: Are you a crier?

I am a very emotional person, which I suppose is strange being a man, and I can fill up when sad.
The last time I remember actually sobbing out loud was at my dads funeral, I was so broken hearted I couldn't believe it myself, it just came out.

.
Not at all Arthur it seems men are are deserting the 'stiff upper lip' in favor of displaying their true emotions and as a woman I would say that is a good thing ...
