The point is that you Dutch as from July have nowhere to fish using that method.
As you've demonstrated to be ignorant on these matters, I will answer in some depth.
The ban offered new opportunities for innovation.

After the disappointing decision, Minister Schouten and the top officials of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality immediately had digital consultations with the cutter foremen of VisNed and Vissersbond on Thursday afternoon.

In it, the Minister indicated that the European electric-pulse ban is one of the reasons for working together with the sector in the future.*The Minister refers to the financial resources ‘from the North Sea Agreement’ to accelerate innovations.

“The development of replacement gear for sole fishing is a high priority.*Various parties within the sector are already developing and testing alternative tongue harnesses.*I wholeheartedly support these developments, with the hope that in time an economically and ecologically sustainable sole harness will emerge.

Again:
It does not matter.

Come July and your Dutch pulse-beam fishing boats won't have anywhere nearby to fish.

You can waffle on all you like but I suspect that the hurt from such realizations is the real reason you try to disrupt threads in this forum.

You're forgetting the far-greater number of Norwegian fishermen that are now not allowed to fish in UK waters?

"Whitehall sources argued that the UK had put forward “very reasonable” proposals, which would have ensured that Norway continued to benefit from access to UK waters and exchange of fishing quotas.

It requested in return that Norway paid for access to UK waters to help correct what ministers believed to be an “imbalance” in previous EU agreements, which saw Norway catch eight times the amount of fish in UK waters as British fishermen did in its waters.

They pointed out that in 2019 the UK fished netted just £31 million in Norwegian waters, while Norway landed £249m worth in UK waters."

Overall quite a win then.

Then surely our fish stocks recover while Ireland's become depleted and maybe we sell what we do catch to those in the EU and Norway or indeed the rest of the world that does want them.
