I think that having been forced to attend church was one of the main factors in 'Losing my religion' as the song goes. I don't really rate many hymns as pieces of music, but if I did want religious music, I'd probably go for one of the American gospel choirs. It seems to me that they celebrate their faith through song rather than endure it.

My friend and I loved Sunday school songs and have even got a YouTube video of us to prove it. Both singing My cup is full and running over . It was taken on a meet up last year. We had great fun

...and no, I'm not sharing it

im also on Youtube singing to raise awareness for the homeless..
