Pension reform

Amber Rudd has announced plans to jail or give unlimited fines to bosses who gamble with their employees pensions. If they run their company schemes into the ground, or take unnecessary risks then they could face up to seven years in jail and unlimited fines..about time too

Re: Pension reform

Good idea but no help to those affected who should be top of the list for any help they can provide. The fines won't even go to the people losing out I would predict as they never do.

Why announce plans? It's just plain straight-forward FRAUD - isn't it? Phillip Green should be in jail!
