My uncle watched his body all his life, a sportsman, never drank alcohol, didnt smoke, went to bed early.
He still died when he was only 52.

It shows that there's no guarantees for a long life.
What was the reason for his death?

I try to listen to mine but it sends me mixed messages....it tells me to lose weight then yearns for fattening food it tells me to go for a walk then tells me to put my feet up....I've decided my body is out to get me...it can't be trusted

Sounds a lot like mine. It is certainly protesting this morning after yesterday's hard labour!

LOL - I think it is more likely muscles - grown lazy during the 4 months when I was struggling with 'thing' - suddenly being reminded of their responsibilities!

I quite like spiders - they do a lot of good work.

Well I never kill them...but they move too fast for my liking...it's all those legs you are right regarding muscles you will feel the benefit tomorrow....hopefully
