Chewing gum had another myth. If you swallowed it, it would stick to your stomach! I think I swallowed it once by accident and was terrified imagining this adhesion.

I have just googled and some site says it takes seven years to pass. Well I guess that I no longer need to worry about it!

That's good news Rhian, we were all worried. I'd personally recommend fresh squeezed orange juice and a glass of red wine in the evening to make up for the marginal anti-oxidants.
